Hey all..I thought I'd put this here and if you'd like to try it go ahead! Smile

Now remember I make enough for an army.. I send some to my sister and stuff so you can modify it.

1- 5lb. hamburger meat
2-3 nice size onions. [again you can modify to your liking]
2- 46 oz. cans of tomato Juice [if you like it more soupy add 1 more Smile ]
2 packets chilli seasoning, any kind you like
1 bottle chilli powder.. [will not use the whole thing ..trust me ]
2 med cans chilli beans [you can get mild, medium, or hot I prefer mild ]
1 reg. can green chillis and tomato's [this is optional if you dont want then dont put in ]
1 lb. spaghetti
1 teaspoon sugar

Okies cut up your onions then put your hamburger on to cook, put onions in with it and salt and pepper at this time. While waiting for meat to brown put on your spaghetti to cook. Once meat is browned and onions softened you will want to drain off the grease but leave just a smidge for you will add your 2 packets of chilli seasoning and stir it well.. [while the meat and onions are cooking it would be benifical if you'd open your other stuff so its within reach and ready to go] now here is where I put some chilli seasoning in ..right with the meat and onions then once done I add both cans of the chilli beans and stir it once more [also here I would add the green chili's and tomato's if I was going to use them] ... this is a very quick and easy process.. then I add my 2 cans of tomato juice... MAKE SURE once you stir it you ADD the teaspoon sugar...if not you get a bitter taste. Here is where you will taste it to check to see if you need more chilli seasoning..add to taste. Then stir in your spaghetti..and turn your heat down to low...let it simmer, stirring occasionally for maybe twenty minutes... then remove from stove and serve..be careful its hot but delicious!

Hope you all enjoy..I know my family does! Wink

Sounds good Silks. I'll have to look for my white chili recipe too.
